1. What makes LIMORA watches a good choice for everyday wear?

LIMORA watches feature elegant designs, are comfortable to wear, and are reasonably priced. There is a wide assortment of designs that will satisfy every style, from ordinary occasions to formal ones.

2. What does the LIMORA warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects (that are eligible for warranty) or functionality issues of the watch (if they have not occurred because of misuse of the watch), and movement-related defects, if applicable.

3. What is not covered under the LIMORA warranty?

The warranty does not cover any accidental damage, drops, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, misuse of the watch, mishandling or improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs and alterations, or damage caused by negligence.

4. Can I get a refund for my LIMORA watch?

Refunds are available for eligible orders in accordance with our Return Policy. Once an eligible returned product passes our quality check, the approved refund will be initiated through the original payment method. 

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After the approval of the refund, our team will proceed with transferring the money to your account. Your refund may take 10-15 business days to reach your account. Each financial institution is different, so the amount of time taken by each institution may vary.

6. Do LIMORA watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every LIMORA watch is under warranty for two months after the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

7. Can I cancel my LIMORA order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your LIMORA order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

LIMORA currently offers online/prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Available payment methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
