Refund & Warranty Policy

We currently accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear images of the product
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Once your request is verified by our support team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange accordingly.

Please note that returns or exchanges will only be accepted after confirmation from our support team.


Warranty Policy

All LIMORA watches come with a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling, drops, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 5–12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
