• Shipping across India via Standard Shipping & COD.

Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• You can cancel your LIMORA order within 24 hours of placing it on support@limora.co.in
Refunds & Returns
• Refunds are available for eligible returns after our quality check.
• Refunds may apply in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect
products received.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working
days.
• For damaged/incorrect orders, please keep an unboxing video showing the unopened
package and complete unboxing process.
• You can request a refund for your order through our Customer Return page.

Warranty
• Every LIMORA watch comes with a warranty from the date of delivery.
• All eligible LIMORA watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (12 months) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specifically stated on the applicable product page or warranty documentation.
• Covers eligible manufacturing and functional defects.
• Does not cover accidental damage, scratches, misuse, wear & tear, straps, or
unauthorized repairs.
